"The rear garden is very attractive. The stall were fine but showed no interest in whether our food was of an acceptable standard. The helpings are large. The fish and chips were apparently fine. The lamb tagine wasn't. I didn't expect it to have been made in a tagine but I reasonably expected it to have been made in the style of a tagine and with the essential tagine ingredients. It wasn't. It was bland, as in totally. For £10.95 a seriously poor meal."

"Called in on a whim and was not disappointed. We had homemade chicken and spring onion soup plus minestrone soup with fresh baguette, and tuna sandwiches plus a bowl a freshly cooked fat chips and all was delicious. Great service and friendly. Definitely recommend."
