My friend told me this was his favourite Argentinian Steak House. That statement would make me avoid the genre entirely, based on Las Pampas. You choose your meat from basically a roast the waiter brings to the table, he lops off the chunk of your choice at the thickness of your choice. He takes it to the grill to be cooked. Or not.
