"The wait staff were good but the food : …. I eat regularly at white spot as I travel a fair bit and, usually it is a safe bet. This was pretty bad. Fish and chips soggy, and it tasted like the coleslaw was missing an ingredient or two as creamy and tangy it was not. Lacklustre is a good starting point."

"I've eaten at several Pita Pit restaurants over the years and have come to expect exactly what I got today: a quality pita (almost always get the souvlaki and today was no exception , prepared to my request by a cohesive team in a clean environment....When I came in over the lunch hour today the 4 staff were clearly busting their butts (every table was filled with patrons and there were several people in line still waiting to have their orders taken , but they didn't give off any vibe of being stressed out and in fact all the staff were kind, many asking in a genuine tone about how our days were going (probably knowing they were risking people complaining about the wait for food! , with one apologizing for being short staffed. The woman ahead of me in line was there to express concern about her pita's freshness. Although it turned out she was unfamiliar with one of the ingredients, the staff still offered her a refund or another pita. To me, this was a great example of customer service: in my mind he really didn't need to do that, but he did. Not only do I appreciate the kindness of that gesture, here I am telling the online world about it, which may benefit the business."
