Restaurante pequeno, muito agradável, atmosfera acolhedora, no meio do espaço verde. Cuidado amigável, tentamos ambos os pratos, pataniscas e colocamos vitela. Tanto bom, muito bom gosto, bem feito e serviço rápido. Para sobremesa, um leite de creme! Nós recomendamos! Saúde e bom ano!
Two choices on the menu. Simple, delicious, very scenic, quiet. A little bit hard to find. Its worth it
Right next to Gerês National Park, this restaurant is really cozy and family-run. They have really good traditional food from the region! Don't forget to try the Pataniscas! If you want some goatling, you should call and make a reservation. Any how, you should always make a reservation cause it's only a place for about 30 people!
This is one of my favorites. Been searching for this place in different guides, found it finally after some attempts. They are a very small restaurant, family owned, that serves very typical Portuguese food. Charming location, in the middle of nowhere, little small village called Covide, close by Campo do Geres and their hiking tracks, I'm almost sure that are not always open, so make sure they will be open when you visit and make sure to book a table. I made a reservation and order on request a roasted kid (cabrito assado no forno), and was simply superb. I'm sure the big steak (posta) is also great and tender! Unpretentious food, nice staff and beautiful location.
