Royal Mandarin Express - Terre Haute

What Tonya Cronin likes about Royal Mandarin Express:
We don't go out much and have never been here. The menu doesn't explain much but some staff will help. You order at the desk like a fast food restaurant. The food was fantastic, but served on styrofoam and the fountain drinks were too diluted.
