Went there in early May, on a weekday, with friends. Got greeted with at least 20 people in the lobby, and no staff to take names and order of arrival. Tried to find the manager: nowhere to be found. It was a real free-for-all as soon as a table was freed. Never got to see a table or the menu, as we left after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby without having been acknowledged by any employee. Services if done by Sam is out standing the menu is dated and could use a good over hauling but the quality of food is done to perfection

"I ordered a lobster and waffle entrance and the lobster was no longer good (a nausea ammonia smell that came from the plate). after contacting the waitress, she asks me to order another entrance without any other form of repair than flat excuses. absolutely unacceptable to a restaurant to serve outdated food and even less not to offer compensation to the customer."
