What Claude Leblanc doesn't like about McDonald's:
The food is often reheated and not consistently hot. My last cafe latte had an unusual taste that prompted me to have it remade twice, with the same outcome. However, it must be acknowledged that the service is consistently provided with a smile. I make it a point to check my takeout orders because it is not uncommon for them to be incorrect. However, they are always corrected promptly and with a smile. View all feedback.
