"I'm happy to eat here all the time. it is a great corner from Greece with its delicious food brought in england. it makes me miss and remember more about Greece. "Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion."

"Genuvinity is 0%. Unacceptable rules in this restaurant. If someone orders a porotta he has to order each curry for each set of porotta even though they don't want 2set of curry, which is the rule by the staff who is in the billing department, We ordered one curry and he forced us to order one more curry and the curry was extra for us. When the time of billing we asked the reason He said that he has many expenses is so we have to order like it. "As someone who has lived on the East side of Southampton, I feel a little embarrassed I’ve not visited before. I had a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. I had viewed the menu before my visit and first item I saw...was liver and bacon. Didn’t look any further. Food all home cooked. It was excellent. I like an Ale and on arrival was unsure which to pick. I was offered a tasting session and decided on the first ale served up. Then sat down and viewed the menu in its entirety. So much to choose from. I’ll say again, the food was excellent and the ale too. Would I visit again? Already planning my next visit."

"Three of us and our labrador visited on Christmas Eve for lunch and had the most wonderful time. Staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Two of us have some allergies (including gluten, dairy, egg and onion), but care was taken and attention was paid to make sure that everybody could enjoy as much of the menu as possible. The three of us had roasts, one turkey, one beef and one lamb. Each came with extremely generous helpings of perfectly cooked meat and veg, and a range of accompaniments that were paired to each dish, as opposed to being one-size-fits-all. Desserts were equally generously portioned and of the same high quality. We were sad not to be able to return before the end of our trip, but we'll certainly be back when we're in the area!"
