"Genuvinity is 0%. Unacceptable rules in this restaurant. If someone orders a porotta he has to order each curry for each set of porotta even though they don't want 2set of curry, which is the rule by the staff who is in the billing department, We ordered one curry and he forced us to order one more curry and the curry was extra for us. When the time of billing we asked the reason He said that he has many expenses is so we have to order like it. About the food No taste waste of money Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion."

"Decided to eat there with the family on Friday evening. Travelled all the way from Fair Oak having checked the opening times (12.00pm to 9.30pm). The place was closed. All the chairs were on the tables. I wouldn’t have minded but there was no note explaining why and more importantly no note apologising. Wasted trip…thanks"

"One of the best Sunday roasts I've had in a very long time. Meat all perfectly cooked (and generously portioned) and a lovely selection of accompaniments. The gravy should win an award.
