What Charlie Laverdetson likes about The Bishops Blaize:
A little gem of a place. The new managers are friendly as are the locals. Has a lot of live music, which can be a blessing or a curse depending on what you're after. Decent sized garden, parking for people who'd rather a coke than an ale. Oh yeah, it's an ale pub rather than a lager pub. View all feedback.
What markyargyle doesn't like about The Bishops Blaize:
Popped in on a couple of evenings as we were at the nearby theatre. Was alright but got the distinct impression this is a 'local pub for local people ' and you did not want to be behind any of them in the queue as you were always going to be served last. Beer was fine and there is a reasonable garden it is what it is. View all feedback.
