A hair was on the meatloaf plate, meatloaf had some mystery items in it that couldnt be chewed, French fry in the Mac and cheese. When my grandson got a refill, his glass was dirty with food stuck on inside. Didnt ask for accept a discount was just wanting them to be aware. Never had such a bad experience before here.
