"9/16/2023 90th Birthday dinner for father with 12 people plus infant. Food was great as usual. Inexperienced waitresses who didn't listen and didn't seem to care. Owner refused to talk to us and the owner's daughter insinuated I was not truthful. They dumped an entire plate on my sister in law, in her purse and on a brand new jacket. They ignored the food on the table and continued bringing out food. We pushed the food away from my sister in law and worked to get her purse cleaned out and jacket clean. Finally, after close to 30 minutes, they brought out a wrag to clean the table only after we demaned a clean cloth. The food came out 2 or 3 plates at a time. By the time the last plate was set, the first person was finished eating. They messed up the first person served, took back the plate and didn't bring it back correct until everyone else was served. There were several horrible things in addition to this but I won't go into those because of lilmited space. They were not professional and had no clue what was going on. There were virtually no other people in the restaurant on a Saturday evening which was a bit odd. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday night?"

"Very nice waitress but the food wasn't so great. Had the shrimp tacos and the tortilla was cold and not cooked. Seemed like someone reached in a bag pulled it out, threw some shrimp in it and served it. When you pay with a debit card you will be forcedto leave an 18 percent tip because that's the lowest option for tip. Either no tip or 18 percent, you can't customize it.Fortunately our waitress was great and we didn't mind but everyone won't have the same experience. Hope that gets fixed"

"Got the tacos al pastor with rice and beans. Very good, but not the best I've had. Good value: you get air conditioning and quality on par with a decent taco truck, for not much more money."

"Good food with even better service, my server Ana made sure my complicated order was correct and made sure everything was served promptly and correct. She definitely made my overall Cotton Patch experience a great one! 9/10 food and 10/10 service!"
