Song Fang Khong - Thakhek

I was here twice because there are many vegan options on the menu. the staff is very friendly and speaks English. we were here for dinner and the restaurant was opened until 10 o'clock (Wednesday).

For lunch I took the spicy curry and I shared the vegan laab with my friend. in the evening I took another curry, delicious too! and the fresh spring rolls were also brilliant. the owner and their daughter are very friendly

I recommend green, yellow and red curry with tofu and sweet even if something was not exactly on the menu, I could ask to change it, so it is vegan. everything is extremely cheap, e.g. 15000 for curry (1.5 euro). I would give it five stars, but it is not possible for restaurants that are not completely vegetarian/vegan as per happycow policy.

Super friendly, English-speaking owners. the best curries and fruit shakes in the city. everything I've tried so far was perfect and I eat there almost every day since weeks. they even offer a vegan version of traditional lao dish laab' from mushrooms

Decent prices, veggie options on the menu and they understand vegans when you explain it. Good level of english spoken. We ate here twice in one day as seemed to be the best option for us in town. Fresh spring rolls were average but the red curry was enjoyable.
