"While this restaurant is located a little off the beaten track, it is well worth making the trip to experience some truly unique dumpling dishes. Austria is famous for their Knödel (dumplings), but most of the time they are a rather plain variety called Semmel-knödel,...which usually accompanies a meat and vegetable dish. Here, the Knödel are the main attraction. The Gasthaus offers different dumpling dishes. Many are made with a different meat or sausage, while one is made with mushrooms and another with spinach. You can order a dish with just one flavor or select a mixed plate to sample a wider variety of taste experiences. They even have sweet dessert dumplings too. We were amazed at their unique variety and this was matched by the friendly service and cheerful surroundings."

"Had dinner at this restaurant which was nearby our hotel. Very efficient and friendly service. Menu was also available in English. Turkey schnitzel was amazing served with cranberry sauce and potato salad. I had roast pork with potatoes and coleslaw. Good sized meals and well...worth a is it. Restaurant did fill up quickly and the beer they brew seems very popular."
