I went to the bay plaza for lunch, there were 10 people in front of me and only one cashier open. 15 minutes before my order waiting on the line. 25 minutes before I asked for my order. they could not tell me how much longer it would take, as they could only see 4 orders at a time and my order was not shown. spoke to a manager who was of zero help. his only explanation for me was that they were really busy and he off...
