2023.04 I am giving 5 stars to the cake team at this Fortinos. I had been here many times for cakes and I always found staff friendly and cake decorated beautifully. Last weekend I was here picking up a freshly made strawberry shortcake and Emily really impressed with her patience and skills in writing out this Chinese character meaning “longevity” . Thank you Emily! I highly recommend this location. 2024.04: This time Emily did a wonderful job again by writing out this Chinese character meaning “happiness and good fortune”. Emily also remembered the flower ring she did from 2023. Thank you very much Emily!. What Sha S doesn't like about Fortinos Ancaster:
Bought 2 cakes here, the girl behind the counter brought the lemon raspberry from the back saying it was in the freezer fresh. Unfortunately when we cut into it, it was old crumbled apart. I don’t appreciate the lie. I’ve never been sold old cake at this location before. Very disappointing View all feedback.
