Everything was amazing, the lady that made our subs was super friendly and clearly cares about making the customer happy! I’m not sure her name but I mistakenly took a picture of her when trying to take a pic of the menu. Been a few times over the years. Always gotten the Apollo sub. Dropped in for lunch to grab the meat ball sub in the hot section of the menu and it is not hot or even warm. My meatballs were so cold actually. He did offer it to nuked, but I had assumed the meat balls were warm so I said it was ok.
