This is a wonderful place. We had friends visit from Australia and they were looking for a restaurant with a view. This is the place. You are on the west end of Lake Ontario looking east, you can see Burlington, Bronte, Oakville and on a clear day the CN Tower on Toronto. What Marilyn C doesn't like about Sands:
We have been here twice in the last month. Both times there were six guests. The first experience the service was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was average. We tried it again just two days ago. The waitress was distracted and the food average.
