Beside the food and beverages (good stuff) where else can you go and use the washroom if you're a customer or not. A friend of mine used to say a sign of the end of the world is no more refills offered, I will add to that no access to the washroom. Thank you Tim's for your humanity! I wanted to use an offer I received from the app, but the person who identified herself as the manager was unfamiliar with how to apply it.
