"This location is the worst Burgerville I 've ever been to and I 've been to a lot of them. Maybe it is a sign of the era in which we live (aftermath of the panic restrictions but the staff was clearly not interested in being there. (Yes, I know this is fast food but a customer still deserves to receive courtesy. I was immediately put off by how the payment system prompted for a tip of 20%, 15%, or 10% . I had to hit Custom to go to another screen before I could select No tip . I 'm in favor of tipping when there is actually table service, and I tip very generously based upon the performance of the server. Here, I was prompted to tip before I 'd even gotten my food and to tip without having any table service beyond delivering the food to the table. I mean, you still have to get your own condiments, napkins, etc. so what are you tipping? The food was okay but just okay. I 've eaten at Burgerville for over 50 years. I worked at Burgerville for two years in my teens. This was a very sad experience and I won 't be going back to this one."
