"As moat recently post says, the coffee is weak and overly filled with cream and not. I love sugary drinks, but that tasted like vanilla ice cream with syrup, not very good."

"Husband loved his burger and fries. He very, very rarely likes anything that much. My burrata salad was okay. Peach cocktail was okay. Friendly and helpful staff. "Wow, a real gem of a drive in, Big Jim's serves up some fantastic burgers for hungry travelers. On all of my road trips I try to stop at the places that aren't franchises, since the food is almost always better in places like this, and Big Jim's is at the top of my list. A little pricey, but well worth the extra money for food that actually makes you feel good. Oh, and their real hard ice cream shakes are wonderful. Vegetarian options: I didn't try any, but they have veggie burger options on the menu, and some really good cod burgers for people just avoiding meat. Kid-friendliness: It's a burger place with loads of ice cream options. Yes, it's kid-friendly. "I apos;ve heard nothing but good things about this restaurant. I am so dissatisfied. The picture to actual food difference is appalling. The portion sizes are minimal. I would not have paid for this food had I known. The eggs were wet and yet somehow overcooked on the edges and the 1/8 piece of avocado was slimey but the 1 piece of bacon split in half and then crumbling was just the topper to that whole "scramble" The "biscuit" was ONR dried out biscuit cut in half, and it resembled a table coaster. The name itself implies that you are in fact getting more than one. I know my grandma would be ashamed if anyone tried to serve that in her kitchen. The Riv....DO BETTER. WORST BIRTHDAY BREAKFAST EVER. The only positive I can say is that the Mocha is acceptable, not worth $7 but acceptable. Keto Scramble Biscuits Groovy"

"I loved everything about our first visit. It is a beautiful old building with high beam ceilings, exposed bricks, large comfortable stands and antique decor. It wasn't awfully busy and our server was prompt and helpful. Our food was delicious and made with high quality ingredients, with generous portions. We can't wait to try brunch next."

"Never had Hawaiian food so it was an adventure. We had the big kahuna and it was SO good. The meats were tasty tender and was great with the rice. The pasta side was yummy. It's an interesting restaurant fast food. Cute decor friendly staff that helped us figure out what to order."
