It is 7:40 pm. Placed order at 5:30 at 6:23 order showed up wrong. Still waiting for correct order to show up. Called to get a refund manager was rude and refused to give me a refund. Said there were orders a head of mine. Mine is a fix for their mistake not mine. So took my money gave me wrong items and refused to fix it. View all feedback.

"We came in the middle of a long road trip. We were exhausted with asking folks to wear masks around us and not looking forward to asking another person to cover their nose. Not only did the staff at the Baldwin wear their masks properly but also served us the best meal eaten on this trip. Not a word about staffing shortages or supply issues…we were fed from a customized, changing menu and everything was superb. We had two appetizers, entrees were the salmon, duck, and milk glazed pork and polenta. Two cocktails, the Shrute and wild horses and two desserts, gingerbread creme brûlée and the walnut tart finished our meal. It was all excellent. We will dine here again next time we trod this path."

"Never had Hawaiian food so it was an adventure. We had the big kahuna and it was SO good. The meats were tasty tender and was great with the rice. The pasta side was yummy. It's an interesting restaurant fast food. Cute decor friendly staff that helped us figure out what to order."

"It was ok, better than when they reopened but things were a tad overcooked and our waitress was a bit distracted due to not enough staff and her having to cover alot of tables. I will say the pretzels and cheese were great."
