There’s a reason why this place gets nothing but five-star reviews. Even if the food isn’t super-fast, it is more than worth the wait. The blackened fish and Cajun fried rice were expertly prepared and flavorful, and the gumbo broth was some of the best I’ve tasted. Shrimp is fresh and other ingredients tasted fresh. The potatoes couldve been boiled to be a little softer. The reason for the low review is whole sausage thats served tastes weird. Wish they could change the quality and type of sausage that they use if they could slice it. The seasonings were okay.
