Yeah you right! Somebody from the parish got to be in that kitchen. As someone who has lived in or around nola his whole life, food could easily hold its own in the french quarter. The restaurant was not very busy and I ordered a shrimp and crab salad with blue cheese dressing. It took 30 minutes to bring it out and they had vinaigrette instead of blue cheese. So I asked for blue cheese instead of the vinaigrette, and some crackers.
