As you can see, I found a new hole in the wall by the name of Chop Sooie BBQ located on the corner of Joyce Crossover in Fayetteville. The pork wasn't seasoned enough for my taste but the rest of the meats (brisket, sausage, ribs) were on point. Two slices of brisket is not a brisket plate. Especially if one cut is half fat- seriously that's 1/4 of my meal. And you can't even give me enough sauce to cover that??
