Omg, that etouffee though! Best I’ve been able to find in Hpuston. Great flavor, LOTS of crawfish, and an appropriate ratio of rice. Will definitely make this one of my usual haunts. Doesn’t hurt the owner is fun to talk to while you wait View all feedback.

Kids love the snow ones! Friendly staff!
The red beans and rice was perfect! It’s some of the best I’ve ever had! And the service was so nice! I would highly recommend this food truck to everyone!
