Arrival: Seamless, quick arrival. Staff helped me to order a taxi after asking for help. Bathrooms could be updated.Departure: They say they are under renovations and so it's hard to judge how terrible the wait in a terminal can be when it's old, falling apart, there nowhere to charge or eat food... but! No dedicated TSA in terminal d. Only two lanes open andVERY SLOW. Terrible IE no organization. Peak hours are insanely congested with both people and vehicle traffic. The rental car center shuttle bus driver didn't take us to terminal C just said to get off and take the train unless we wanted a long wait. Toilets are nasty in terminal D KLM lounge and the AC in half the C and D building doesn't work well. Feels like... View all feedback.
