Enjoyed lunch with my coworker and her family at Hai Cang Harbor. We enjoyed several menu items, and the food was great. I especially enjoyed the Peking Duck, Sauteed Snow Pea Leaves with Garlic, Salt Pepper Pork Ribs, and the Mongolian Beef. Very good experience! View all feedback.
What Zarah Marie San Miguel doesn't like about Hai Cang Harbor:
Come here if you want your server to argue with you back and forth about what you did or did not order. Food wasn't bad I guess. Hard to enjoy when you're arguing with your server. It's loud on a weekend night. But it was not fun for the server to argue with us. Also the staff places burning hot food within reach of my 1 year old baby while the waiter is arguing with us. I have a mixed feeling at Hai Cang Harbor. Food and presentation was ok. Hai Cang Sauce was kind of salty to me. I wish they can improved the atmosphere.
