This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The food, the customer service, the establishment, EVERYTHING! And it pains me to say this about a “Black Owned” establishment but I’m over giving passes! It took 15 minutes for my wife's order to arrive and when it finally did, the fish was undercooked! My food arrived relatively quickly and I did my best to stomach it down but my wife wanted a refund. They wouldn’t even entertain... View all feedback.
This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The food, the customer service, the establishment, EVERYTHING! And it pains me to say this about a “Black Owned” establishment but I’m over giving passes! It took 15 minutes for my wife's order to arrive and when it finally did, the fish was undercooked! My food arrived relatively quickly and I did my best to stomach it down but my wife wanted a refund. They wouldn’t even entertain the option! We spent over $50.00 for this garbage! We do our BEST to support “OUR” businesses and this was our 3rd and LAST time! JUST OXTAILS IS AWFUL! Run for the hills!
Best soul food restaurant in Houston!
