What Matthew Johnson III doesn't like about La Crawfish:
The restaurant has recently changed management and the quality has significantly declined. They never answer the phone, even when they are busy. The food is now swimming in old grease, the rice is mushy and gummy, and the seafood is overcooked or reheated multiple times. The new management has not been a positive change. The current menu card may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of meals, the menu also offers a variety of beverages and typical house dishes.
