Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered two pizzas from this restaurant and unfortunately, one of them was completely wrong while the other had half with no sauce for inexplicable reasons. I tried calling the restaurant to inquire about getting the correct pizzas ordered for pick-up, but after being on hold for 15 minutes, there was no answer. Frustrated, I ended up ordering another pizza for delivery since I have a household full of kids. However, I had to spend twice the amount for one pizza because I couldn't get the issue resolved without driving back to the restaurant to speak with someone about replacement pizzas. This would have taken an additional 10 minutes to drive back and over 20 minutes to receive the pizzas. It is disappointing that this mistake couldn't be easily corrected, and I am frustrated with myself for continuing to come back to this restaurant.

The restaurant staff refused to make pizza and appeared to be unhappy.
