What Monica Santa Cruz doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Ordered delivery. The picture should be enough explanation. Tossed around pizza to it being barely warm. Called and told them we wanted a remake, which they did say they'd remake it but to return the pizza to the driver for the new one. Spoke to the manager and she made no offers to compensate not only this horribly delivered pizza but also to have to wait for the new one a whole other 30-45 minutes for it. View all feedback.
