Placed an order for Oxtails and after waiting an hour was offered a free piece of cake, but at that juncture I just wanted a refund. The person working walked off and did not come back. I waited an additional 15 mins asking numerous times for my refund. Finally someone appeared and showed me on a phone that the refund had been refunded.
