The Lady manager (I think)is so rude with the trainee and rude with the customer 's also. If she 's in charge she should have more patience with the trainees and train them properly not screaming at them and yelling to him and getting mad with the customer 's and she gave me the wrong bread because she was more focused scolding the boy than listening to the customer.
