I got a rocky road cookie. It was DISGUSTING. then I asked for a salted caramel brownie drive all the way home to the opposite side of town and the wrong brownie was in my bag. LIVID. so now I’m on the phone with them (they answered after being on hold for 6 minutes) and I’m driving to the sugarland location with an infant to try and get the right brownie.
