Very nice cafe . This area is wonderful and was PERFECT to watch the France VS Argentina World. The drinks menu is pretty nice and the prices are affordable. The terasse is the best, but you have to come early to take a good table and enjoy. I very much command you when you are in the area of The Hague Centrum. (THE HAGUE CENTRUM) View all feedback.
