The coffee was good but the carrot cake I accompanied with was not fresh at all. I have complained to the staff but they were uneager to do sth about it . They took it to check it and they brought it back stating that the cake was fresh that it definitely wasn’t. I found this completely rude and not friendly behaviour towards a customer.
