Fantastic little brewery not far from MediaCityUK. Brew back event is the last Friday of every month, but they will always welcome you knocking on the door if you want to pop in. It's run by seven brothers (hence the name! who from speaking to Keith, seem passionate about beer, keeping it clear and simple.
