Had dinner at Scarlett while staying at the hotel and was so sorry that I didn't get to eat here twice. Highly recommend the baked scallops that were absolutely exquisite, the beef and the panna cotta. Service was absolutely wonderful and I was seated in the private dining room which has original sand stone walls. Dining experience was an absolute pleasure overall. read more.
