We visited Penarth from Toronto, Canada. We were walking down in the marina and decided to try this lovely cafe. It is a smaller space but they had good amount of room for the 4 adults plus a toddler. The server was very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Possibly the most pee-poor goats cheese salad I have ever had! A rip-off. Hardly any goats cheese...hardly any of anything for nearly 10 squid! Service was pee-poor too! Not enough staff looking after the outside diners.
