I enjoyed the coffee and the cake while looking out onto the sea but I thought the textile art exhibition of Haf Weighton and Carol Bartlett absolutely brilliant. Haf Weighton has some amazingly fascinating and varied pieces which held my attention. I intend going to see them again before the exhibition ends at the end of May. In nice weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area, And into the accessible rooms also come customers with wheelchairs or physical disabilities. WiFi is available for free.

Once again a very disappointing experience at this cafe in the Penarth Pier Pavilion. They don't serve decaf coffee!! And no provision made for diabetics. Noise level awful and nowhere to sit....as usual. After several visits, will not be bothering again and don't recommend. read more.

Great few hours just sitting and taking in the views. Very clean toilets which is a plus. Friendly staff and congratulations to the trust for bring the pier bac...
