What Stuart doesn't like about Bluefin Grill:
Nice place good service I went for lunch and had fish tacos. They were good but $16 for two tacos. It’s kind of pricey especially since there wasn’t a lot of fish in them but a lot of cabbage and onions and other stuff. View all feedback.
We’ve been here multiple times and enjoy each visit. Love the menu, ambience and value. We really like the Bluefin! Will be returning soon!
It is an upscale restaurant with prices a little high for what they offer. Won’t probably go back. Bonefish is much better
This is our favorite restaurant in The Villages. I hope more restaurants of its type come to The Villages. Food and ambiance is fabulous. This time seating was slower than normal, even though we had reservations; yet, we didn't mind because after all it was Christmas Eve.
This was our third time and the other two times have been good. This time ended a fiasco. We were a party of 8 with early reservations on Christmas Eve. We were seated on time at 4:15 and the restaurant only had about 5-7 table occupied. Our bar order appeared to take a long time but we ultimately received it. Several ordered appetizers and that was when we noticed several were missing silverware. We placed our entree orders and that took forever. When they were delivered, my plate was very hot however my Brussels sprouts were cold but I said nothing. Another in our party said that all of his food was cold and the waitress took it back...unfortunately it was not redelivered until absolutely everyone else was finished eating...very awkward situation for all. Finally he asked for a takeout box. The manager ultimately came over and comp’d the meal but for an upscale restaurant a take out box is not what he had in mind for Christmas Eve celebration. To make matters worse, when the bills arrived two couples were totally mixed up with charges. We knew each other and in the essence of time we thought we would just settle the differences n cash between us but the waitress insisted in doing it all over again. Now the time has grown to 7:00, everyone is flustered and you guessed it, even the redone tickets were still wrong. Mealtime ended up being almost 3 hours of total frustration. Restaurant definitely is having a problem with both the wait staff, the kitchen and the bar. Not anywhere interested in returning until we hear things have improved! It’s a shame as it started off nicely.
I took my daughter and son in law to Blue Fin on Sunday evening. We arrived quite early but were quickly accommodated. The food was outstanding and our waitress was delightful. This was the third time I have dined at your restaurant and I thoroughly enjoyed each meal. I will definitely recommend your restaurant to my friends.
