El Chaparro - The Woodlands

I really outstanding Mexican food restaurant here in the Woodlands. It’s totally worth checking out. The chips are definitely outstanding and their salsa is great! Both the bread and the green. Several different takes on fajitas which are interesting and very good. I had the fajitas Mexicana, which incorporates Jalapeños and tomatoes. Very very good! View all feedback.

What Troy Hale doesn't like about El Chaparro:
So I'm sure people like chewy cheese enchiladas but it is a deal breaker for me. I am a fan of a creamy cheese enchilada. With the chewy style it seems to me that the cheese just grows as you chew it. Everything else was pretty good though for us. Maybe just have to try other menu items if we were to go back.
