The Sandhills Corral is a restaurant in Thedford, Nebraska in the middle of nowhere. Next door is a hotel, a gas station and and a few houses down the road. The population of Thedford is only 190 people.I had my first Rocky Mountain Oysters there. My order was ready in about 10 minutes and it was tasty.
