5 Πλατάνια - Θεσσαλίας

First off: This was the last evening the restaurant was open, so take everything with a grain of salt! Seemingly half of the offerings were not available anymore. The veal steak, which came with a side of french fries, was humongous and almost to the point of medium. However it was tough and almost completely without taste. A typical Greek taverna, with delicious meat dishes! Everything was great, from the Greek salad and appetizers to lamb chops, oven cooked sheep and pork souvla… The owners are very friendly — although the restaurant was packed, they found a table and 4 chairs and accommodate us immediately! Not to be missed!
