5 stars are max, I would give 10. what a nice place for a coffee or a drink in the evening. You can have a meal, but I can't. the staff is very capable and friendly. they have the beautiful nimfy beer, very tasty. the lookout is unbelievable in the night there is a fantastic view of the city. and a bonus that sounded the waves! crazy. really, the best place in the city.
