Ordered on the app at 12:57pm. Wait time was 47 -57 minutes. Placed the order anyway. At 2:58pm and still no delivery. Tried to cancel the order a bit ago on the app but was told to call the store. We called the store, sat on hold for what felt likeeternity and nobody ever answered. My sister had problems with them the other evening. Why are they even open if this is thebest they can do? We were always lucky with this place. Only once it was sub par and they did it right by making us a free pizza
Evidently they don't know where their own parking lot is! Thanks for not providing me with a order, my bad knee enjoyed the hobble to Wal Mart!
Excellent customer service by professional staff. Delicious deep dish pizza for a chain. The Lava Cake dessert is a must-try.
