Love it??, it's the only place I get to taste home cook Mexican food. And see actual Mexicans owning the business, rather than white folks tryin' to copy and do cultural appropriation. But for y'all I say keep doing the good work, even though it's in a gas station. Still it shouldn't deter anyone from eating y'all food.
