This was my last meal of seven on a three day trip to the Auvergne and the best was saved till last, after a thirst quenching glass of Pastis I enjoyed courgettes stuffed with a blue cheese mousse served with a salad, a main of confit leg of Turkey with seriously good mash and a terrine of fresh fruit.
