The modern design and elegant ambiance made the dining experience more enjoyable. The owner, Rony is very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. If you are looking for a dining experience that pushes your boundaries of flavor and creativity, Route 187 is a must visit. This was my 3rd visit in the last 4 weeks and it will not be my last one."
